We repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, gaming consoles (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch), servers, and enterprise IT infrastructure. If it has a circuit board, we can fix it.
Yes — most screen repairs, battery replacements, and software issues are completed the same day. Logic board-level repairs typically take 2–5 business days. We'll give you an honest ETA before you leave.
Water damage is one of our most common and most successful repairs. The sooner you bring it in after exposure, the higher the success rate. We use ultrasonic cleaning, IPA flushes, and component-level repair. Bring it in ASAP — do not try to turn it on or charge it.
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm). However, booking online or calling ahead means you get a dedicated time slot and often a faster turnaround. For logic board work or business IT, appointments are required.
Screen repairs start at $69, battery replacements at $49, and water damage treatment at $59. Logic board repairs vary by device and fault — we always quote before any work begins, and there's no charge for the initial diagnosis. See our service pages for full repair pricing.
A minimal diagnostic fee may apply for complex issues. We'll always give you a clear quote before any work begins — you decide if you want to proceed.
All repairs are backed by a 30-Day parts and labour warranty. If the same issue reoccurs within 90 days, we fix it at no charge. Physical damage to the device (drops, bends) or damage caused by liquid exposure after repair voids the warranty.
We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Business clients can arrange invoicing with prior approval. Payment is collected at the time of pickup — no payment upfront unless a part must be special-ordered.
We use premium aftermarket parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications. Every part is individually tested before installation. For customers who require OEM parts specifically, we can source them — just ask before booking.

Absolutely. Customer data is never accessed, copied, or shared. Our technicians follow strict data-handling protocols. If a repair requires us to flash firmware, we do so only with your explicit consent. We recommend backing up your data before any repair, though we can also help you do that.
We do accept shipped-in devices from anywhere in Canada. Pack your device securely (we recommend insuring the shipment). Include a note with your contact info and a description of the problem. Once we receive and diagnose it, we'll contact you with a quote before proceeding.
